I would hope that would be the case. But DMC would require a little more suspension of disbelief on the part of the watcher than RE did. DMC is more in the realm of superhuman/supernatural and would require quite a bit in the special effects department to make it halfway believable IMHO. Working with only 40 mil might lend itself to some really cheesy special effects. I personally would rather see no effects as opposed to bad ones, and Dante definately has some unnatural movement/morphs that would require loads of good special effects.

Bah, it's early...we'll see i guess.

BTW, I posted on the ViewAskew website that Kevin should throw his hat in the ring to direct this movie. They deleted the post. Damn comic book fags.
