My experience with their card is shit. I signed up for it to save some money on a big purchase, they automatically charged it with an Amazon Prime membership and didn't use the card I paid with. Heard nothing from them, no mail, no phone calls, nothing for 6 months until I get a call from a collection agency saying I had an outstanding debt of $251($200 in fucking fees). Ya, Chase can eat my asshole.
 
I tried getting in on the Xbox One + Kinect with free game bundle at the MS Store on Thursday night and their site was completely fucked. Had one in my cart but by the time the site allowed me to check out it was no longer available.

Decided to settle for the non-Kinect bundle with free game and couldn't complete that transaction either - or so I thought. Got back on in the morning and ordered that one with no issues, then I checked my email and the found out the order from the previous night went through. Called support and they were unable to cancel the order. Now I have two on the way.

Fucking Microsoft.
