Ended up doing 4 just basic steamed. 3 Asian style
Asian style crab:
Break down crabs into legs, claw and quarter the body.
heat about 2 tbs of oil in wok
add in 2 oz julienned ginger and 1 bunch (about 7-8 stalks) of diced green onion
after they sweat a bit add in crab parts with the top shell on top of all the pieces
cover the whole thing and wait for the crab to stop giving off liquid
when you start to smell a little smoke (you can pull it off before this but I like the flavor that a bit of smoke imparts to the crab) turn off the heat and serve the crab.
