Cooldown mod

I just started playing again and I'm looking for a specific cooldown mod but I can't find it. It would place a counter over the spell on the action bar thats in cooldown until the spell was back up. Very basic. Anyone know what its called?

since the thread is here, has anybody updated a jims cooldown pulse type addon?

sct? shows when cooldowns are up i thought, and also when you gain certain buffs (clear casts)

I have one of those mods installed... but does base WoW really not have a basic one built in yet? I've always kept my mods updated, so I never bothered to check.
