[CONCLUSTION] How I fixed my leak, and a new moisture problem that needs solving

I go on Monday. An exterminator is coming then, so I have to be there anyway to let him in.

If he tries to rape you, pee or shit in your pants. Sometimes that will turn the rapist off. If you are unlucky, he will get more excited.

i am a contractor and i deal with a lot of water issues in homes
i hate this thread

I also hate this thread because Reggs doesn't listen to any advice, and I have known for some time that water runs downhill.

wrong
water is like ants
it'll crawl up concrete and then sideways to enter thru a weak point in the foundation

I looked for the animal and could not find him. The hole is up on this elevated platform Id have to climb all over and it would be all I need to fall through the ceiling in this home.

Normally I'd do it, but my luck has been so bad with the home Im going to get someone to do it.

The exterminator came and did not see anything but still sprayed. I don't think there is much of an issue. He said the new invasive species of spiders, jora spiders which spin golden webs can bite humans and he was bitten by one. The news articles say they can't.

So the window is a total mess. There are no markings on the window to identify the manufacturer at all. The inexpensive solution would be to replace that section of the window(half of it). The handy man called 6 glass places and there was a shortage of window parts because of supply chain stuff. Normally this kind of thing would be easy. I need to cover the window with something since its getting cold now. I was thinking industrial trash bags with duct take to keep it air tight. Or is there anything better for this? This is in GA so it won't be super cold. I just need to keep the home somewhat heated so its in comfortable shape to show.
