Comic game fans..Ultimate SpiderMan or X-Men Legends 2???

I have spiderman 2 and the first x-men legends. both are cool. Which of the new ones should I get? Money forces me to pick one..convince me which one it should be TW.
 
I haven't played X-Men Legends 2, but Ultimate Spiderman rocks. I think it's much better than Spiderman 2, keeping all of the goodies but making it more fun.

There is a lot of appearances by Marvel superheroes in it, so far I've raced The Human Torch around town as Spiderman, and thrown Wolverine through a wall of a bar as Venom.

I paused playing legends 2 to post that its a very fun game and if you don't regret the money you spent on the first, you won't regret the money you spend on this (if any).
