follow this with Qh6, and it should be over. Trying to see if there is a black move that can stop this progression. I also don't see anything better than 2. ... Kh8. Looks like not taking the rook is the best strategy. I also think it was pretty clear that right from the beginning, black was in a much worse possition than white.

you missed a beautiful smothered mate possibility at Ng5, threatening Nf7. Black is really hosed if he responds with Kh8 on move 2.
