Catholic School - you go?

Catholic school for 12 years, taught by Jesuit priests and Dominican nuns.

Best freaking education an orphan could want. Don't regret a minute of it.


Jesuits are pretty broad-mined, taught us all sorts of stuff about history and other religions, science, technology. They also told the best jokes and not one of them ever molested any of us.

There are no public school options near you? or just no public pre-school options.

And honestly, pre-school is for children that can't handle learning.
 
for the record... rotting a mind takes a hell of a lot longer than a single year.

If you're going to do something right, it takes time.
 
4 years of non-denominational private school, then into the public school system. 6th through 9th grade I went to an after-school catholic curriculum.

Did very little for me.
 
sometimes absent is so right

the education is basically irrelevant

its doubtful that the choice of school will make your child dumb or smart
