[Cars] Half Mile Roll Racing In My Sleeper

Very excite, taking my sleeperish 93 Audi S4 to the 1/2 mile event here in AZ on Satruday.
Hoping to take some video at the event of my car. At this point just hoping not to be the slowest car out there. Lately everything has been 700 - 1500hp, my measely ~550 isnt too exciting in comparison but it will be cool to see how my build compares to modern sports cars!

Anyone into this kinda stuff? I may livestream if people give a shit.

tbh lots of those doods don't dyno they just say "oughta be getting 7500 vtecs and 85000 torques w/ this setup" so u will b fine

I used to take my Camaro to the track; mostly quarter mile in Carlsbad,,,
I'd like to see pics and vids of the event!

Used to go to Wednesday night "Run what you brung" at Firebird raceway in Phoenix back in the day.

Was even interviewed for the local news at the track once

u gotta get it bored

get it stroked

shave the head 2 increase ur ~compression~

more chrome 2 get u home

do it to it, lars!

Funny you say that, I almost built a 2.5 for it but I was afraid to go too big and A. Go WAY over budget. And B. Make the car unbearable on the street.

wat i lerned in skool was that basically it turns out the engineers @ the car companies have actually worked out the all around best arrangement 4 the vee'hickle (aka u can drive 2 work and it won't catch fire and u won't break ur back)

lots of money 2b made undoing $15k of bad "i watched a show on velocity!" work on old chevy trucks

Probably because of its AWD system being FWD derrived. More in the parts bin as opposed to using the larger engines system.
