every game has cheats, the key is just playing on servers that boot cheaters.

Lots of people are having that problem. Both nvidia and ati. So I'm pretty sure that it's a problem with the game. It's too bad that it has a bug like that in it because otherwise it seems to be perfectly bugfree.
