i'm not very smart but i am very lazy. it's hard for me to search google and look through the 1st page results where multiple sites and forums have already researched every factor and explained everything giving me the best options and value. i'm also completely unaware that there's a person on this very forum who has great deals and builds custom computers to help people like me out.

so, with that said, can someone please help me and tell me what is good and how I should manage my already low budget to try and purchase a computer that's better than i can afford or truly take advantage of?
