Bricked computer: need help please.

I downloaded a new bios edition for my pc today and used the built in windows program to flash my bios that came with it. I restarted the computer and now it won't boot up. It doesn't go anywhere it just beeps one long beep over and over. I followed the instructions of my motherboard's manual to clear my cmos by moving the jumper over, restarting and then moving it back, but this has given me nothing. I tried taking out the motherboard's battery as well for 7+ hours and retrying and that didn't work at all. I am at a loss here as to what to do and any and all suggestions and help is much appreciated.
 
And this is why you make a backup disk before you flash the BIOS.


Anyway, what mobo and BIOS are we talking about?
