I make bison burgers pretty frequently. I've been wanting to try a steak.

Lately I've been seeing a TV commercial advertising all kinds of savory Bison meat bits, delivered to your door.

And considering I have an experienced sous chef next door that loves to BBQ, and does so multiple times per week down in the garden... methinks my defenses are crumbling.
