I think "gaming mice" are marketing gimmicks.

just about all hardware products advertising toward a particular brand of software is a gimmick.

Ever since I got my Logitech MX518, I noticed a huge difference in my accuracy in FPS games.

I decided to play with the highest DPI settings.

It took a while to adjust because it was so sensitive, like the head of your penis after you ejaculate, but after I got used to it, I was all like BOOM BOOM HEADSHOT!

Ya but they go beyond marketing. One of those mice has little weights you can stick into a cartridge on the bottom of the mouse to alter the weight of the mouse.
