AMD 64, which one to get?

I'm looking for a new motherboard that's going to be suitable for heavy video editing (mostly). I was considering about getting something from AMD for this. I don't know as much about today's motherboards, so which one should I get? Was looking around newegg.com, but don't know which exactly.

I was looking at AMD Athlon 64 4000+ San Diego 1GHz FSB Socket 939 Processor Model, 1 MB L2 Cache. I don't plan on any OCing either. Any suggestions TW?

Price shouldn't matter much as long as it's not over the $400-500 budget.
 
That looks ok, but I'm not sure if AMD processors are better for video encoding than Intel. Then again, AMD dual cores are generally better.


Question is, do you need an SLI mobo? If not, you may want to take a look at the MSI K8N Neo4-F or the MSI RS480M2-IL (mATX). Otherwise, you can't beat the price of the MSI K8N Neo4 SLI.

Anyway, here is a good tutorial for choosing your nF4 S939 mobo.
