Aches and Pains [TW Docs]

The last few days i have gotten this terrible pain in my shoulder. its not sharp like when someone punches you. it dosent even feel like a bruise. The pain almost feels like burning. it's my left shoulder and im right handed so that rules out any overusage...what do you guys think?
