[360] No video

As title says. Im not getting video. I get sound and the screen is black with little white dots that move around. But nothing else happens. Tried with another AV cable and it worked but the colors and textures were fucked up. So tried it on a different TV to make sure my shitty tv wasnt acting up. Same thing happens.

So what can I do? Not sure if Id have to pay to send it out if so Id just assume get a new one anyways since this one is 2-3 years old.
