I will pay for all of us. So we can hurry up and decide how to get ourselves further in debt, with more of other peoples money, so we can do this all over again and again

He a big time fiscal conservative. Next best one to GW Bush (Who Obama doubled in half the time)

Last real fiscal conservative was Jimmy Carter by my evaluation.
