[Official] Halo: Reach BETA

Ill be playing opening night I have ODST

also like 90% sure you need the ODST singeplayer/firefight disc as its been adverstising the halo reach beta when i start it up for like a month now.

i dont think you need the halo3 mp disc that came with odst.

If you go through the become a Spartan thing, you just have to supply a picture to be a Spartan (lame), but if you submit a picture with a shaved head, you'll get a special Spec-Ops badge, presumably to wear in game?

I suppose I could also find a picture on the webernet.

just so its official. yeah you need the odst campaign disc.

So, you got your hands on a copy of Halo 3: ODST and now you want to play the Halo: Reach Multiplayer Beta. You’re in luck. Here’s what you’ll need to join in our Beta test on May 3rd, 2010.

Halo 3: ODST’s Campaign Disc
A Valid Xbox LIVE Gold Subscription
A Broadband Internet Connection
Approximately 1.2 Gigabytes of Hard Drive Disk Space

To Download the Beta:
Insert and Launch Halo 3: ODST’s Campaign Disc
Select “Play the Beta” from the main menu
Follow the onscreen prompts and instructions

Yeah plan on Live to completely shit that day. Make sure you have a single player game handy.

You are going to have an army of Halo fans slamming the servers, plus an army of Halo haters doing the same. So, essentially everyone :)
 
shit my disc has been sitting in chest (in no box) with other random game shit

thought i'd never have to use it again

Yeah... I just found a picture that looked remotely like me. I really doubt they'll look very closely :shrug:
