Debt-free = no cost
Tuition = cost

also where are all these hard working Americans Hillary sided with? instead we have rich politicians speaking on the poor laborer's behalf... yep sure you did Hillary just like you turned in all the 30,000 missing emails.

Simple. Think like a democrat. You take money from people. It is not theirs any longer. Then, you turn around and give it out free of charge to shitheads - not a loan - just free shit. There is no debt. So - debt free tuition.
