1) Closed beta - small group, increasing in phases weekly up to around 250 people
2) Tribal-Wars LAN - another increase of around 400-600 people I'm guessing
3) A couple weeks more of closed beta (assumption) to iron out any remaining showstopper bugs
4) Open beta

Why would they sue their own customers and put themselves on the same level as the RIAA? Everyone who cares enough to download a copy from a closed beta they didn't get into would buy the game anyway.
