I've been watching STNG from the start and keep finding easter eggs. This is what i've seen so far

When the Federation fleet fights the Borg in the Battle of Sector 001, the Millenium Falcon fights with the Federation fleet

When the Enterprise first encounters the Borg in season 2, they had just brought on a new ensign in engineering that Geordie has a crush on. She is also the hooker with 3 tits in Total Recall

If you watch DS9, the actor that plays Gul Dukat is Mar Alaimo. He is first seen in STNG in Season 4 Episode 12 (the wounded) as a Cardassian named Macet. Later when DS9 started the similarties between Macet and Dukat didn't go un noticed and it was explained by Macet to Major Kiera Narisse as they were cousins

Also, Bajorans were in both STNG and DS9 and their names are pronounced last name first, first name last. Ensign Roe Laren's first name is actually Laren, her last name is Roe.

Picard calls Riker number one, this is in reference to him being the 1st officer.
 
A former coworker ran into Wil Wheaton at some local beer place. Apparently he makes small batches of craft beer as a hobby. Said that Wil Wheaton had on fingernail polish and a kilt. He's a bitter SJW and seems very fake and insecure if you see him in video.
 
Robert Duncan McNeill who played Ensign Parris in Star Trek: Voyager guest starred on an episode of TNG. He played Wesley's cadet squad leader who recruited the four trainees in his unit to perform a banned flight move that killed one of the trainees. He also co-erced the survivors to lie for him to testify that it was the fault of the deceased trainee.

Mr Tuvok from Voyager also appeared on one episode of "Supergirl" as one of the leaders of Argo City.
