when you have the responsibility of an entire nation, and you have to worry about panic, chaos, and the breakdown of a country where half the folks are idiots (dims), you might take such actions to hold off the chaos while you figure things out.

Ever have something happen and not tell your kids immediately so they didn't freak out? Same thing.

But what the hell, we all know YOU would do a great job handing this virus. Please share with us what YOU think Trump should have done/do now.
 
yeah it's totally about prevent pure panic and chaos and not covering up their own incompetence in doing nothing for two months before rushing a faulty test into production and now are scrambling to make tests
 
i am hearing now that the virus not only can reinfect but it can also reset your immunity to other diseases. they are calling it an "anti-vaccine" or mini-aids. if it reaches the intestinal tract it can turn your gut bacteria and eat you from the inside out.

So please tell me where you think they squandered time. CDC issued warnings, escalated alerts, and the US stopped travel to/from certain areas. When did the US have the right information to create a test? Should we have taken China's tests? They misled everyone...but it's Trump's fault. OK

AT&T and a lot of isp/carriers don't really have the bandwidth to withstand a huge remote work/school rush. We didn't when I was on calls planning for the birdflu and other pandemics, and I doubt they do now. It's going to get interesting.
