it didn't give college credits or degrees because it wasn't an actual university. He wa fined for using the term university, paid it, moved on

But more importantly, did he do this when he was potus? no he did not

A. He was renting hotel accomodations to foreign governments that were seeking favors, for hundreds of thousands of dollars a night. The Trump hotel in DC was booked to capacity the entire time he was president. Some of the Middle Easterners rented whole floors

B.) Hiring his daughter and son-in-law to be "senior advisors" while they cashed in on sales to China.

C.) Charging the Secret Service thousands per night per secret service agent to protect his bigfatass. He's profiting immensely from this to this day.

Well, to be fair, a true communist doesn't need to learn how to run a business, as there is no such thing as businesses in a communist utopia. Everyone shares everything (including STDs, see the summer of Love) equally, goods and services appear out of thin air (also see the summer of love, where most goods were either donated or stolen off trucks). No one has to work, as someone else will provide whatever they need (see "From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs" - Karl Marx). And if businesses don't exist, there is no need for marketing - well, except for posters extolling how wonderful communism is. Lots of Red colors.
