No charges appropriate for Hillary Clinton email "problem"

I'm not sure if there is any level of incompetency and negligence that liberals will not try to sweep under the rug or justify in order to keep their fantasy world going at any cost

if someone sent some emails..and in that email, some classified information was attached to it, but the sender didnt realize it......

then you are asked if you sent classified information and you said no (or maybe you didn't remember sending that email)..is that the same thing as lying?
I honestly believe that if you have never had a security clearance at the Secret level or higher, you should not be allowed to comment on if what she did was wrong or right as you obviously don't understand the environment which those documents exist.

We have security classification guides at work that dictate what data is classified at what level for each product we make. We are required to have read the guide if we have access to the data. No excuse.

If understanding this basic rules is beyond her capabilities then she has no right to apply for the job of commander in chief.

It's called criminal negligence, which is what she should be charged with.

APNewsBreak: State Department reopens Clinton emails probe | The Seattle Times

WASHINGTON (AP) — The State Department is reopening an internal investigation of possible mishandling of classified information by Hillary Clinton and top aides.

i want to know why wikileaks is unlawful, or frowned upon, if you no longer need to have a security clearance to view classified material

the precedent has been set

Edward Snowden ✔@Snowden
Break classification rules for the public's benefit, and you could be exiled.

Do it for personal benefit, and you could be President.

Do it for personal benefit + get your ass out of hot water for obviously committing a crime

It bothers me a lot that the head of the FBI, on a case that has taken more than a year on one of the most powerful people in the country, can't tell me if it's two or ten people without security clearances who had unrestricted access to her email.

Clinton responded on Snowden: "He broke the laws of the United States. He could have been a whistleblower. He could have gotten all the protections of being a whistleblower. He could have raised all the issues that he has raised and I think there would have been a positive response to that. In addition, he stole very important information that has unfortunately fallen into a lot of the wrong hands. So, I don't think he should be brought back home without facing the music."
