The outcome of this will be Seattle will be the new Detroit. Businesses and everyone with money (aka taxpayers) will move out and with tax revenue evaporating, the city will go into an accelerated decline.

This happens in many cities. The downtown area is run by blacks, a shit hole, slums. Then you go 20 miles away (suburbs, different city) and it's new buildings. I can give a couple examples.

Detroit - Downtown is a shit hole. Drive 20 miles north (Troy) and there's corporate parks, Costco, restaurants, hotels, all brand new.
Atlanta - City is a shithole, drive 20 miles north to Dunwoody. Different city, corporate parks, hotels, new buildings.

Regarding the blacks winning elections - They are not educated and have no business sense. AOC (a bartender) is a prime example of this. Kayne West (a rapper) is another who thinks he can run the country. Keeps saying he is running, then he isn't. Bypassing the correct way to run, which is to register months in advance and go through all the media scrutiny. Trump went through hell to get where is now. Yet someone like Kayne thinks he can just show up at the last second and be on the ballot. It doesn't work like that.
