Dirty Daddy - The Bob Saget Tribute 2022

Jim Carrey is in peak form. He hasn't been onstage for twenty years. Jeff Ross has never been funnier. Literally.

Hustle on Netflix was great imo
Not really an Adam Sandler fan, but if you like Rocky type sports films this is for you

This was great btw. It's obviously not super serious, so going into it with that mindset is important.

p.s. Finally got around to watching Layer Cake. Brits need to learn to fucking speak English. My god. Also, this movie was very reminiscent of a modern movie about some dude growing a ton of pot in the UK, but I can't remember the name.

Edit: The Gentlemen. That was it. That movie seemed very similar. Then again, maybe a lot of British crime/drug movies all follow the same pattern. Tons of people, names, and backstories that all somehow tie together. It's odd and annoying if you can't remember all of the names.

The gentlemen was a great movie.

There is a series on netflix called 'how to sell drugs online' that is actually pretty good

If you can't enjoy a Cage movie now and then you should probably just kill yourself right now.

Everything Everywhere was a cool concept/execution. It ran longer than I would have liked. I'd probably give it a 7 or 8 out of 10. I'm not the biggest fan of Chinese culture so that was a detractor.

Seeing short round/data as an older dude was a trip.

Been watching a lot of biopics lately and newsroom bios are the best

Bombshell (2019)

Behind the scenes @ Fox News during the 2016 election with Charlize Theron, Nicole Kidman and John Lithgow, when Meghan Kelly and Gretchen Carlson brought down Roger Ailes and Bill O. This is a Must See no matter which side of the aisle you vote for. Excellent acting.

Good Night and Good Luck (2005)

Behind the scenes @ CBS during the McCarthy era 1950s. Edward R. Murrow takes a swing at Sen. Joseph McCarthy and takes him down. George Clooney, Jeff Daniels, Robert Downey Jr, Frank Langella and David Straithairn.

This was good. A roast but for someone who has passed, which would be a tribute. I guess this is what everyone would want, to be remembered in a positive way with a comedy show put on Netflix with clips of the past and remarks by other comedians.

Just watched Beavis and Butt-head do the Universe... It was okay (a little disappointing) no White Zombie.

Just survived Morbius.
Between this, and his joker, I don't think anyone can deny Jared Leto truly has a public humiliation kink.

I saw Rise of Gru the other day.

Not as good as any of the other Minions movies, they missed the mark this time.

Not terrible, but not great either, maybe the second or third time will be better.
