Here is helpful hint

Hey everybody, a few friends have asked me how I do this and thought I would share.
In windows navigate to the folder, assuming you used the default install,
C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\solutions\lol_game_client_sln\releases\0.0.0.200\deploy\
Now inside that folder you should see a League of Legends.exe
All you need to do is make a shortcut of that exe. Drag it to your desktop, taskbar, wherever, and rename it (optional) FOR EMERGENCIES or something. Launching from that shortcut, even when not logged in, will connect you to your game in progress. It works exactly the same as logging in to reconnect aside from not seeing the post game lobby since you are not logged into the client.
Doing this will save precious minutes trying to get back into the game. No more wait queue, no downtime from having to log in, etc. And as we all know, every minute wasted is time that your team is down a player and cursing your name.
EDIT: By the way, you may occasionally need to update the shortcut location since the 0.0.0.200 number can change as patches are released.

That's how you reconnect to game when the patcher gives you busy signal or login queue.
 
how about a list of all the twers and their IG aliases in the OP (and an updated list, at that)

Did you know? If you have Busy sign when trying to join game from the launcher, you can enter super secret code to bypass?
