for sure Kray.

I heard Newport has a nice vape Lounge.

Get your card and we should go hang there sometime.

BTW 1 place in SD opened that lets you smoke. I hear they even give samples.

looking good so far skiivis! i haven't smoked in 5 weeks.....that's what getting a good job in the medical field will do to you though..........

at least you have a job. i don't have one cuz i just moved to chicago. Im being kinda picky where i apply cuz i kick ass at my job and don't really want to take a shit position.

How much would it cost total to get my card? What steps would I have to take? I have a past in depression, and severe sports injuries, so Im sure I could get it. Just a question of how and when.

Call this number and set up an appointment....
1800-268-4420
the address of the place is....
1125 E. 17th Street #W237
Santa Ana, Ca 92071

it will cost you 150.00 for the Evaluation which comes with some lawyer and a phone line you can call for questions and other needs i guess.

Then the California Medical Marijuana ID differs from county to county if that county even offers the IDs.

I am still learning and i should call myself to find out but i read somewhere that its optional for the co/ops to require the california ID .. the Dr. recommendation is mandatory.

the ID here in SD is $166 which is expensive compared to other county's i guess.

here is a link to SD's how too apply so you can get an idea tho.
County of San Diego: MMIC How to Apply

here is the info for OC
HCA - Public Health Services - Medical Marijuana ID Program

8. I am a qualified patient. How do I apply for a MMIC?

You will need to fill out an Application/Renewal Form. You must reside in Orange County when the application is submitted. You will need to provide current documentation with your application as follows:

* A copy of your medical records that documents the use of medical marijuana is appropriate for you.
* Proof of identity. This can be a California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) driver’s license or identification (ID) card or other government-issued photo ID card.
* Proof of residency which can be:
o Rent or mortgage receipt
o Utility bill
o California DMV motor vehicle registration

You must apply in person. There you will be asked to:

* Pay the required $150 fee. Medi-Cal beneficiaries will receive a 50 percent reduction, and pay a $75 application fee. Fees are non-refundable and must be paid by cash or money order.
* Have your photo taken at the MMIC office. This photo will appear on your MMIC

so yea 150 for the ID so 300 to be totally legit across the state

edit... if you get a reomendation and MMIC you can not apply for a .gov job or become a teacher i guess

Sounds good.

Another question;

If I get said Green Card, and my Job tests for pot. Can I get it waived since I have a Medical Card to poke teh smot? Or is it rhetorical and I cant smoke while I have said job?

its a good question. One that i would be scared to ask my work. Maybe have someone call them anonymously and ask.

I have seen on a few of those news style documentary's where some guy goes on his break and smokes joints outside his work. Personally if i was the owner, as long as it did not effect your work i wouldnt care. If you are a bus driver who has public lives in your hands i wouldnt allow it.

im pretty sure most people at sausagefest did not want to session as much as i was packing the bowls. Not many people can handle smoking all day like i do.

You sound like my kind of toker. Last year I rolled up 21 joints for a 4 day backpacking trip, and it wasn't enough.

Hellooooooooo tolerance.

fucking awesome. A new thread that I should make sure I don't post in so I don't keep seeing a yellow dot on a thread I think I care about.
