Anyway, once he is sworn in, I'm very curious to see what he actually goes after first. You cant just repeal owebamacare... not unless you have a fix ready to go on Day 1 and can get democrats to sign on (especially the senate). The outcry of millions losing their ****ty plan is a PR disaster even though its the right thing to do. So I suspect the gears they have set in motion will continue to grind on until they have a ~90% solution w/ needed democrat support. So... cutting taxes? **** YES. This should be job #1. Then... immigration. This will be more complicated like owebamacare. Might be part of an infrastructure package (building a wall?). Perhaps it will be multifaceted since he is a delegator. 20 Jan should bring an immense amount of tears and I look forward to that more than anything else. |
