Those were at one time major metro areas and then democrats and progressives started pushing for social programs...that aren't free....that end up getting paid for by things like local corporate tax, sales tax, penny taxes and the companies get tired of getting hammered and leave, taking their jobs with them. When the jobs go, the people that pay the taxes go. When the people that pay the taxes go, you have no more money to keep the city going and what you have left is the less than desirable citizens...drugs....prost itution....crime.

I wonder why SS never allows America to take the credit for the creation of the Soviet Union in the first place. There must be a reason for that. Whole thing set up with Wall St. money, a ****load of production arriving from US factories during the civil war and then obviously the US sided with communists in WW2.
