They've had about an hour turn around when I've had to use them (usually do CC, but see the other thread about how I haven't gotten it to work). They take paypal or CC, but if you're a first time purchaser they'll call you up and verify some details about you. Usually ask about stuff like what you paid with, what kind of card it is, what county you live in, crap like that.
