x800 XT for $400 or 6800 Ultra for $440

So this will be the last piece I am buying for my new gaming rig, no matter which I buy it will cost nearly what the rest of the parts cost me together. (I've been buying shit on price mistakes/BF deals/etc). Anyway, so do I go ATI or nVidia?

FYI, I'd be careful with prices like those. With the Ultra, and moreso the XT are cards that the manufacturers have a hard time keeping in stock(Newegg doesn't have any in stock from any vendor, period), and both have an MSRP of $500. It's very unusual for someone to be selling the cards for below that MSRP, let alone for so much below it.

Microcenter is a legit company in this area but they never have anything in stock and the employees never have a clue what they sell. I would not trust that the site is accurate.
