So i've been finding myself too tired to go to the gym lately. Is there a particular energy booster that any one suggest. I was thinking taking it at lunch time so after i get off work i still have the energy/drive to go workout. The past 2 months it just hasn't been there. [strike]suggestions: ?[/strike]

suggestions of supplements?

i make protein drinks using whey, but i drink them AFTER each workout, if you wanna be a lazy fuck and have a small penis take some roids
 
You can use ephedra and caffeine for an energy boost pre workout, along with some good carbs. No supplement is going to make you pick up your car keys and drive you over to the gym though.
 
Those "energy" drinks raise your bp by 30-50 points for 12 hours.
Not a smart move.
You're asking to harm your heart muscle.
