WordPress masters... I have a question

I'd like to make a new Page and have only one category of posts show up on that page. I have no idea how to do it, and I feel this is straightforward. The main page of the blog will show all posts (news, videos, commentary) but I want to make a seperate news tab where only the news posts will show up. I'm using WordPress 2.8

Why don't you get the link to your category view and post the link as the link for that "page"
