[Windows XP] How can I make something execute at unlock?

Is there a way to make something execute every time I come back from a user switch?

I know there's the startup folder for when you first login. But is there a registry key or something for running a program when I come back ("unlock"?) from switching users?

I'm talking about when I press winkey-L to quickly switch users or cut off access to the computer.
