So, so far it seems like FP sometime this week (unless something bad happens in QA) and non-exclusive to FP a week after that. So I'd say about 1.5 weeks away (if you count FP as not being open..which is false)

Fact is, you only get FP Beta if you paid for it/subscribe. I assume since he already HAS closed beta, he hasn't/won't pay for FP Beta.
Meaning he'll have to wait (along with lots of other people) for the REAL OPEN PUBLIC FOR EVERYONE NOT EXCLUSIVE BETA. Which as you pointed out, is about 1.5 weeks away..
I don't like to use fractions/decimals, so I said 2 weeks. Sue me.

they dont care irritant, all that matters to them is playing the beta.
you guys have to realize that there are always going to be warez'd versions of games and keygens and all that shit. But as far as I can tell, the only reason this has happened is because of the limiting factors that were set on the closed beta (TWars exlusive among other things). Once the game releases, I'm certain everyone will buy their own copy and not nearly as many people are going to go through the trouble of warezing the game to play on cracked servers since....they won't be able to compete without a real version. And that is what T:V is all about, competing in multiplayer.
So don't worry about all this mess, just take steps to stop warezing by reassessing your key protections/algorythm methods/etc. Because of the nature of Tribes as a multiplayer game, and the nature of it's competition being well nurtured and watched over by the community, warez whores will be missing out on the game. Sure they might be able to play it, but they won't be able to participate in the community without buying the game. This is one of the best things about having a good community
