Which Processor?

I have two options for P4 upgrades:
p4 3.06Ghz 533mhz FSB or p4 3.0C Ghz 800Mhz FSB

They both are $200, which is better?

Also, is this a good price?

Actually they don't make 64 bit 1800+. It's an AMD 64 3000+ and seeing as there are not many games out there that support 64 bit processors its very possible.
