My neighbor told me they're tomato plants, but I never see any tomatoes on them. Every now and then he comes over and prunes them...and then he winks at me. It's kinda weird.

The neighborhood cat was nibbling on 'em the other day, and then he just laid there for the rest of the day. He usually bolts when he hears a car coming

grapefruit, oranges, sage, mint, parsley. It's weird that any of those things could grow in the middle of the desert, but I guess given enough water the blazing hot sun is a great thing for vegetative growth.
