Yeah, they do that 45 thing in the left lane here. They usually team up to do 45 right next to each other in both lanes. And, if at all possible, they purposely target merging traffic to run off the road.

Of course, our traffic cops are all out cracking stoners' skulls rather than enforcing the new Spawn Camp law, so it'll always be that way.
