Too bad he was hiding in a hole, so I couldn't get a good picture of him.

Also seems as though some sort of woolly mammal tried to escape and blend in by shaving part of it's neck.....

I just got my annual pass for the SD Zoo yesterday.

I love watching the hippos poo under water and flipping off the monkeys
 
skelly we should go sometime.. me and my family have anual passes. The in laws always give em to us. You can go to wild animal park as well. They are having the butterfly thing coming up soon. That is pretty cool we will be going to that.
 
let me know what day you go. Just give me notice since my weekends get eatin up pretty quick with paintball and other stupid shit.

If you go to the zoo or wild animal park, they'll do this thing where you pay like 5 bucks extra to get an annual pass for both parks instead of a 1 day pass.

Then after you've gone twice, you realize it's not very fun to go any more even when it is free.
 
i hear they are building a zip line attraction at the wild animal park... im guessing they charge a shitload for it but with all the hills they have i bet it could be awesome.
