USA VS. CANADA ON USA NETWORK RIGHT NOW

I watched USA vs. GBR yesterday (usa crushed those limey bastards) and it was very confusing.

I mean I can get that some people living in a town where snow/ice covers the ground 340 days of the year would take up passtimes like this, and I can go along with the bar room tabletop version being fun as well... but an Olympic sport?

I think it's fascinating, but I really don't understand it. I'm starting to pick some stuff up but how the scoring works really confuses me.

curling and snooker are some of the best tv sports out there and neither one is very "normal". The secret? Both give the viewer time to speculate as to what the players should do. It isn't about adrenaline but smarts. As much as I love soccer I can't honestly say that soccer even compares to either one of the mentioned sports (in tv).

2-2

and curling is weird

they had what, 4-5 rows of stands? thats pathetic for something olympic

ive seen high school basketball games more crowded
