TW, Your friends and You.

Of those who have introduced friends to TW, how many of you have bothered to go over some of the unwritten and written laws of TW?

I have recently gotten a couple of my coworkers hooked on the culture of TW and even though they're armed with a decent amount of inside info, they're both pretty typical mebers, I have cringed at times, especially with one of them.

It will be fun to watch their evolution into full blown TW douchebags.

The best question I've been asked was: "what does 'close regs' mean?"

That cracked me up.

What are some of your experiences with friends and TW?

One of my house mates joined up. He's a vet now. He posted an abortion of a thread last night and this morning when i saw him i kicked him in the shin.

Thats mostly how i deal with it.

i introduced like 4 people to tw during college

my roommate is reg'd

he is a total fucking idiot and i'm pretty glad he never posts here

as an illustration of how bad this kid sucks at the internet: it turns out he was a member of f4$

"For the love of God don't post for at least a year. ESPECIALLY if you think you have something new, insightful, or otherwise useful to say. You are wrong."

No one I've shown it to cares enough to reg. I only bring it up occasionally as it relates to topics like games and goatse.
