I downloaded and watched the first two parts:

This is soft-core-porn meets "300"; so, yes it's watchable.

Lots of slow-motion fighting and blood spattering around with 300-style backdrops and sepia tones. Sometimes I was reminded of creepy Peter Graves in "Airplane" saying "Joey, do you like movies about gladiators?"

Spartacus's wife Sura is hot, and gets naked a few times, and ... did I mention she's hot and get's naked? There's also Xena Warrior Princess naked and various almost-naked slave girls giving head.

IPT has the first two eps, plenty of seeders. I forgot about this show, so I am going to watch the first two eps later. thanks for the reminder :)
 
Just watched it. It's basically like a tv show version of 300 so far. Same slow motion and blood splattering effects.

One of my facebook friends asked for a review of the show, here's what I gave her--

It's so hard to describe how awesomely retarded Spartacus is. First. It's like a combination of 300 and Gladiator, only pushed to 11. It's bigger, gayer, non-stop naked women, buckets of fake digital blood in slow motion, and kickass fights every 3 minutes. It's like 300 for the ADD crowd. It's so over the top bad and enjoyable that I'm going to have to keep watching. It's like if the show Rome was directed by Michael Bay (minus the explosions), subtlety, wit? We don't need these when we have full frontal nudity!
