Tribes2 Ded mode through router (NWS pics)

So since TT is failing me, anyone here know how or what I need to do for a friend to beablet o join dedicated mode T2 server that is behind the Firewall?

already tried 70.x.x.x Ip and 192.x.x.x but its a no go.

what port is being forwarded to the server? then the friend should connect to 70.x.x.xort...I think
