Tribes 1 & Windows 8.1

Is anyone running T1 with Windows 8 or 8.1? I'm wondering if you have any issues with plugins.

I just installed Windows 8 on my main machine and now plugins not loading. Same config I had working fine before going from 7 to 8.

Netset: Not loading, no "lag" from interp / pft settings.
NoGreenLines: I still have green lines around huds

I'm using Groove's non-script GL config.

Have tried:

1. Ensured shortcut is correct
2. Restored my backup copy of game
3. Downloaded 2 other configs and same issue
4. Checked Anti-Virus (Windows Defender) to ensure it was not blocking the dll's.

Any help would be appreciated.

HappyMod: Can't see people through walls anymore
