We are looking for Head Admins and Admins in every game that we are planning on hosting tournaments for. All aplicants must be willing to put in the time and effort needed to make this tournament organization successful. We are recruiting for the following games:


America's Army
Battlefield 1942
Counter-Strike
Enemy Territory
Half-Life 2
Halo
Natural Selection
RTCW
Tribes 1
Tribes Vengeance

why the hell would you ever make a new ladder?

the time involved in actually getting it up and running is far too much to just have "fun" doing it

if you make a new ladder, you have to at least promise something worthwhile, such as the reason TWL was created
 
Its not a ladder or a league...

We will just be hosting tournaments for the games and offering prizes.
 
i like how he posts as if people are dying to get the jobs and there needs to be a selective application process, whereas in reality it's more like "nobody wants to participate because they think we're a waste of time, please help and work with us, ill suck ur dick"

i wrote my own ladder.. it only takes a couple weeks and then you are set.. http://alamoallies.com/viewladder.php
