I'm lookin for a fairly cheap flatpanel monitor, but not a complete piece of crap. Anyone have this one? Any ghosting?

speaking of moniters, what is a pretty good refresh rate for LCD's? 12 MS, 18, 8?

Mine is 8ms (19" hyundai imagequest), but I think anything under 12 or 16 is considered good. If I'm not mistaken there's a 4ms in the works, if not already out.
