A Norwegian friend of mine just turned me on to an awesome Norwegian rock band: Kaizer's Orchestra. All the singing is in Norwegian but the music is pretty unique. If you want to hear some check out this Flash movie

Track 2 off of "One Step More and You Die" is incredible.. I love Mono. Also check out the other bands on that label.. Explosions in the Sky specifically. They're not foreign (from Texas) but they are also very good.
