So I bought house last year...previous owner already Terminix Liquid Defend System Service. Coming up for renewal in Feb to the tune of $223 for the year. 
Seems like a complete waste, since all they do is show up once a year and take 10 minutes to "inspect" the most easy to see places. Only benefit is if they do find anything, they'll do a treatment for free (usually like $600+ dollars).
